We are pleased to confirm the availability of our Amenazel bitters (herbal supplements) for retailers, bulk purchasers, and wholesale customers. Below is what to expect moving forward.
Due to a manufacturing backlog, we have experienced limited stock availability over the past three months. We understand our customers’ concerns regarding packaging and product availability. Like many growing businesses, we occasionally encounter setbacks, and we are continuously working to ensure our products reach customers safely and consistently.
Some of the raw materials used in our herbal supplements, including packaging, are sourced internationally. The process of importing goods, combined with customs clearance, can sometimes delay production. As part of our business continuity plan, our team is committed to ensuring that customers receive their products despite these unforeseen circumstances.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ORDER
Because we are currently fulfilling backlogged orders, newly placed orders may experience a slight shipping delay. To ensure you receive your items as soon as possible, we encourage you to place your order promptly. The formula remains the same with no changes to the ingredients.
PRICING FOR BULK AND WHOLESALE ORDERS
We are now accepting bulk and wholesale orders; however, the portal is not open to all site visitors. To provide full clarity on our pricing structure for all bitters, please review the updated pricing sheet attached in the PDF below (go to document now). This updated pricing applies to the following herbal supplements:

To protect brand integrity and ensure consistent market standards, please note that the sale of Amenazel® Organic products on e‑commerce platforms—including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok—is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
PACKAGING
Customers may receive non‑Amenazel branded bottles. While we await the arrival of our custom Amenazel‑branded bottles, we will temporarily use our previous bottle style. This allows us to continue production and ensure all bitters remain available to our customers.
ORDER FULLFILMENT
We strive to maintain an efficient order fulfillment process; however, slight shipping delays may occur due to backorder processing. While we expect all packages to arrive securely, we unfortunately have no control over how USPS handles shipments once they are in transit.
To support our customers, we have made it a priority to assist with filing USPS claims for damage‑related incidents. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately so we can guide you through the process. USPS requires physical evidence of damaged items—including all packaging contents—before issuing reimbursement, so we kindly ask that damaged items be stored safely until inspection.
