NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

  6. Shipping recipient and delivery address (if shipping to another party)

Please note that we will require further verification for all P.O. Box deliveries or if the customer's billing information if different from the shipping recipient and address.

CUSTOMER ORDER VERIFICATION POLICY

To expedite your order processing and avoid delays, please ensure that all the information you provide during checkout is accurate. If you are using a debit or credit card for your purchase, please enter the name exactly as it appears on the card in the billing section of the checkout page.

VERIFICATION PROCESS

 

If any order information is found to be inaccurate or inconsistent, the item(s) purchased will be placed on hold. In such cases, we will contact you via the email address or phone number provided with your order.

You may be requested to verify the following:

  • The last five digits of the card used for the transaction

  • The billing address associated with the credit or debit card

Additionally, for customers within the United States, we may request that you submit a valid form of identification that matches the name and address provided on the order.

BUSINESS ORDERS 

 

To ensure the security and authenticity of orders placed under a business name, we require verification for all such transactions. When placing an order with a business name instead of a personal name, please provide one of the following documents to verify your business identity:

 

  • Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) documentation. You may also submit a recent utility bill or lease agreement showing the business name, and the billing address provided in the order.

  • The person placing the order must submit a valid photo ID to verify their identity as the authorized representative of the business

  
Failure to provide the necessary documentation may result in a delay or cancellation of your order. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a secure shopping environment.

RESPONSE TIME AND ORDER CANCELLATION

Please respond to our verification request within 1-2 business days. If we do not receive the requested information within this timeframe, your order will be automatically canceled, and the amount will be refunded to the credit or debit card used for the purchase.

 

Please Note: The time it takes for the refund to reflect on your account will depend on your financial institution's processing times. If a promotional discount was applied to your purchase, the refund will only cover the amount you actually paid.
