Announcement: Filing Insurance Claims with USPS

Dear Valued Amenazel Customers,
Starting November 1, 2025, Amenazel Organic will issue refunds or replacements for damaged or broken items only if the customer returns the damaged package(s) to their local USPS post office for inspection.
USPS requires the following within 20 days of filing a claim:
The damaged item(s)
The original packaging and wrapping
Any USPS correspondence (USPS usually leaves a note or letter to notify customer about damages)
If this evidence is not provided, USPS will deny the claim. If the damaged items are discarded, Amenazel Organic cannot file a claim on your behalf, and all losses will be forfeited. Therefore, you MUST ensure that you keep evidence of broken or damaged items before you receive a replacement or refund from us.
We now require all customers to agree to this policy during checkout before placing an order.
